Polypropylene raw materials are extruded into yarns and tapes within the 100% vertically integrated facilities of Ünsa. The process utilizes equipment of the highest technology to enable PP yarns to be transformed into high quality woven fabrics and loops. Many options including different widths, weights and colors are available in accordance with the extensive product range of Ünsa. The fabrics are then coated and cut by ultrasonic machines prior to being processed into high quality FIBCs. This vertical operation ensures that the highest level of quality is consistently achieved in line with international safety standards.
